Assumption shown: client qualifies · estimates, not advice

The problem

Strategy proposals are often built on flat "deduction times rate" guesses. The numbers move between runs, the interactions with QBI, phase-outs, AMT and payroll are missed, and the client sees a figure nobody can defend.

What it does

TaxStrategy Studio recomputes the whole return for every strategy and every combination, against a deterministic baseline. It carries a risk-rated catalogue of strategies, including the ones a professional must recognise and refuse, and it produces the assessment, proposal and implementation plan on the firm's letterhead. Client data never leaves the machine.

Capabilities

What it does, specifically.

01

Full-return recomputation

Each strategy's benefit is baseline minus mutated return, so QBI, phase-out, AMT and payroll interactions are captured, not guessed.

02

Deterministic engine

Federal brackets, capital-gains stacking, QBI, AMT, NIIT, self-employment tax and credits, current through the 2025 to 2028 provisions, plus graduated, flat and no-tax states.

03

Risk-rated catalogue

Hundreds of strategies rated one to five, with a do-not-use section for IRS-listed and abusive schemes that the engine will never recommend.

04

Auto-model

One click assembles the best combination for the facts and sizes each strategy from the data.

05

Multi-year and look-back

Missed strategies, amendment deadlines and claw-backs across years.

06

Document ingestion

W-2, 1099, K-1, Schedules C and E and prior returns, with local OCR and field-level provenance.

07

Advisory pricing

A value-based fee layer with the client's return on the engagement shown plainly.

08

Branded deliverables

Assessment, proposal and implementation plan as PDF and PowerPoint, plus an annual implementation tracker.

Controls

Built in, not bolted on.

  • Encrypted local database, key in the OS keychain
  • Nothing leaves the machine to function
  • Assumptions shown next to every figure
  • Deferral never counted as permanent saving
  • Credits modelled at non-refundable value

What we do not claim

  • It is a planning tool, not a return preparer, and it does not e-file.
  • All outputs are estimates; strategies model full potential assuming the client qualifies, and the assumption is shown.
  • Partner firms and client engagements are not named.
